Default Cleaning Vinyl

What is good for cleaning the vinyl parts of my interior. I have the partial leather, which I use Lexol for, but what should I use on the door panels, center console, and the dash too. Is the Lexol good for that too? Any recomendations?

I haven't used it but Lexol makes Vinylex which is highly recommended by detailing pros (it has the 2nd best UV protection).

I have used Meguiars #40 which is really good but seems to in short supply as stores are starting to stock a new Meguiars vinyl and rubber spray which contains silicone (which I don't like).

Neither Vinylex or Meguiars 40 is good for exterior rubber (doesn't stand up to rain or water).
