Default $200 for 15x7 Phone dials w/ NEW tires

okay, I am desperate and need to sell these wheels. I just bough some boxster wheels and need to sell my phone dials.

Any takers for $200 ?
I have the receipt last year for the tires alone and it is $389 (215/60/15 Pirelli's with 95% tread). The wheels are late offset 52mm, some curb rash on two wheels but nothing major. Wheels are straight and no cracks. Center caps and locks are included. So, if you need tires, why not buy these and get bonus rims with it? Anyone ?
