Default Hall Sensor......

How hard is it to replace? I just noticed mine is cracked and falling apart. This is the 3 contact sensor next to the pulley housing at the front of the engine.

Best supplier?

Thanks

Ordered one yesterday, $131 from Paragon Products.

Hasn't anyone replaced this part?

I can't be the only one.

I replaced mine in my 944S not sure how it differs from the 968.

Wasn't to hard except the wire broke right at the end of the plug on the side going to the DME.

Good luck.

Yep, my wires are connected, but the insulation has flaked away from one wire leaving it bare. I guess I'll have to cut the wire, add a few inches more wire, solder and heat shrink it together. Heck, the plug going to the DME has some of the other plug broken off inside. This part must get hot and brittle over time......
