Talking North/Central Texas Fun Run

So far it looks like Saturday October 18th is the day. If we organize this right, we could get caravans starting in Houston, Dallas, Tyler, Austin, and San Antonio to meet...(getting atlas out)...Bryan/College Station? Shiner is a pretty long run from Dallas/Tyler.

Whatta ya'll think?

**We can meet at the Messina Hof Winery for a tour $5.00 and dinner afterward** www.messinahof.com

Or for the romantics in the group, line up the grandparents and make reservations at the Inn. (Which is what I'd like to do)

My car is down, but I would love to go if anyone has a spare passenger seat!

There's gotta be somebody else in San Antonio we can rope into this thing. If you were closer you could ride with me, assuming George doesn't need a ride. I guess we could let him drive the bimmer.

Anybody have an email/buddy list of local 944 guys, that we could try to contact? The more, the merrier. If other p-cars want to come, I'm sure we'd gladly have them.

Hey even more reason to have the "meet" in B/CS. We could all leave early, caravan to B/CS, eat lunch, hang out at TWS, drive around central Texas, take pictures because we HAVE to one up the Illinois guys, and go from there.

I'm in providing the race car doesn't need my attention that weekend. It will be my second to last weekend to prep the car.

I think that I might be able to attend this, as long as the trip would not be too far. I hope that my car could handle it

Looks like if we go on the trip we may have the Durango!

We may just do the drive with y'all, stay in BCS that night and head to Dallas the next day for a family birthday and perhaps pick up the race car.
