Unhappy Quiet Title Action (need an attorney)

I'm hopeing someone on here can help me out. I guess I need to get an attorney to file a quiet title action for me. I had purchased a 944 back in late April from someone who has apparently tried to 'jump' titles. I have tried to get him to get me a title by legit means, but it doesn't look like he's actually going to do it. According to the folks at the DMV I can file this action and have the car 'awarded' to me. If anyone has any knowledge of these types of actions, please let me know! If you can give me a reference to an attorney, or if you are one, in the KC Kansas area please write me!!!
Thanks for your help!
