"It's like a cross between stale beer and old people." LOL Best quote of the month!

Hey j-overly? Where in Stilwell? My parents live there, so occasionally you may see me cruising around in one of my cars. Besure to wave if you see me.

Regards,

I bought the imported set from world upholstery and installed it recently, it comes as about a dozen pieces. The carpet material is really really nice but it is expensive at $700. I really did feel guilty when I punched it full of holes for the roll cage and harnesses a few days ago.

With all the visible edges trimmed over it looks very original. I did have a couple of fitment issues but these are more than likely related to other things that I have done - removing the foam padding over the transmission tunnel and adding a wiring harness along the drivers door sill.

So, did their hatch carpet have that molded foam/rubber backing like the OEM, and the particle board over the two side flaps that are behind each wheel well?

KJP -
The carpet did not come with moulded foam for the rear deck, the rear pieces had reinforcement for the light. The seat back had reinforcement. Stud fasteners were also provided for the rear carpet where it bottons up to the frame. I also ordered mine without a hump in the rear carpet for a spare wheel.

Thanks again. These guys have a full set including door panels right now for 225.00 US for US made carpet or $695.00 US for German made carpet. Seems like a cherry of a deal. It is all cut to fit.
