Default Frozen 928 Engine

Hi guys, will appreciate your help with this one:

A buddy of mine has a 1986 928S with 24K original kms (row car), that was parked about 15 years ago due to a problem with the local DMV. It sat forgotten for a few years and then was sent to a guy who was supposed to get the car running again.

Further neglect resulted in the car being parked out in the open with the intake manifold removed, and what had to happen, happened...a few cylinders full of water and a frozen engine.

Now my buddy REALLY wants to fix this car since it was given to his wife for her 18th birthday and he wants to get it fixed for the 50th birthday.

Can someone recommend a good shop either near Miami, FL or in southern Texas that can tackle what will probably be a substantial engine rebuilt?

Here are some pictures for your visual delight.

Thanks

Henry

it's gonna take considerable effort to bring that car back to life.....

but, Dinsdale and XSChop can do you a nice V8 or V12.

Come on, out all the ppl on this board odu answers first, what the hell??

Anyway, first is the wrong forum, but from my point of view isn't worth fixing regardless of low miles since it had been neglected in such awful way, a full rebuild is very expensive for a 4cyl 944 I imagine that for a 928 would be at least double the money.

Just swap the engine with one that is in reasonable condition, should be much cheaper.
