Default High Idle in cold weather (1200RPM - 944S2) Sticky ISV?

Now that the cold weather is here, my 944 S2 has been idling un necessarily high sometimes. Other times it is normal, could this be a sticky ISV? Ive noticed this is usually on cold startups but it really appears to be random.

What weight throttle fluid are you running?

Depending on what you run it can get gummy and prevent the throttle from closing all the way.

Needed to troll : P

I don't know. dry rotted connections?

The vacuum lines were okay when I pulled the engine.

The throttle fluid is coolant
