My thoughts and Prayers will be with you. I'm confident everything will be just fine. I got an e-mail this morning that said "If God can bring you to it, he can bring you through it."-corny, but fitting and true.

Keith, my blessings and prayers are with you and your family.

I know it's hard to not do this, but try not to worry too much. It's not your fathers time to go, it's his time to get better.

Good point.. My dad (Now 78) is as active as ever. He too had a quadruple bypass but it was about 15 years ago.

God bless you and yours- including the Doctors..

Keith, I hope the surgery goes well for your father! My best wishes to you and your mother et all, I just recently lost my grandmother to multiple heart attacks, but she did not get the proper medical attention in time, I am glad to hear your father did. In addition, I have had relatives go through quadruple bypasses and they are doing very well, and those were done a decade ago. Hang in there!

Take Care Everyone!

Keith

My dad ( and fellow 944 + 356 owner) went thru something very similar...except a six-tuple bypass..( did not know there were that many arteries until that time).....that was about 10 years ago now...he's still over-weight...and takes some heart meds but does everything he wants to!

The recovery is a little nerve-racking.....but have faith....think about how many thousands of these are now done every week in the US!

Speedy Recovery!

Keith,

Best wishes to your father, yourself and your family.

I have been through this before also, but unfortunately my story never had the chance for a happy ending. Ten hours after having dinner with him, my father came in from his morning run, sat down, took his shoes off and was gone before he hit the floor. It was painful to be delivering his eulogy at the same chapel he was married in ten months earlier.

Hopefully, everything will work out for your father, and for some reason I think that it will.

Good luck and best wishes,
Brian
