Default Is this the infamous oil/coolant "milkshake" on my oil breather?

I noticed this on the underside of the breather when I was topping off oil. I burn off a quart every 100 miles since I have a gouge in my Air-Oil-Separator. I haven't noticed it until today but maybe it's been there longer. Upon wiping it off it has a fairly "gummy" consistency but not like old hard gum stuck on the bottom of a desk but more like fresh "out-of-mouth" new gum

Small amounts of mayonaise are usually product of condensation. If the shake is on measuring part of dipstick, than you have a problem.
