Default BAD KARMA!!! or don't buy parts in advance...

So I'm cruising eBay last night and I see a few rad hoses that might come in handy. Bid, win, close quickly and the vendor shipped today - all within a few hours. GREAT! Now I have the upper and lower rad hoses just in case.

My son comes home, parks, and when I go into the garage, I see a stream of..... yep, you guessed it - green coolant!!!

Hoping that it's only a loose clamp, I get under there and sure enough, the rad to thermostat hose has sprung a pinhole leak! And it appears that it happened in the driveway just in front of the garage!

BAD KARMA!! Don't buy parts in anticipation of having it on hand, your Porsche senses new parts are in the works somewhere and will go into fail mode!!
