Default Corner workers dont like it when you shoot flames at them.

I auto crossed today at Washtenaw County Community College with my buddy Larry. The car ran on KYB HD rears ( stock 86' T bars ) and 968 mo30 struts/springs up front. stock sway bars. NO POWER STEERING deffinately NOT an autox car. I ran ASP.

The Fastest time of the day was a High :34". ( a Scirracco ). I didn't even get out of 1st gear ( ran 11psi ). My best time was a 41.2" and Larry pulled in a 38.something! If i'm not mistaken, my time of 41.2 was have put me right next to most of the street prepared WRX's that I was watching. I am very happy w/ the way the car acted, I just need more room to stretch it out

I heard a couple great flames from my car out there.

the viper's turned low 40's and the rx8 turned 42's I beleive.

gotta love that old e12 7 series (i think thats what it is, either that or an old e28 5 series...) and also the m3 Lwt, if its a real one.... Its a pretty car, but those spacers on the GT wing suck....
Nice looking pics from your Autox as well dude....

I tried really hard to buy an M3 Lt weight. I must have looked for months and never found one. Then when I did they wanted about 20K more than it was worth. Finally decided to stop looking. Good decision I guess I got antoher P-car instead. FYI we could care less about the flames, it is the spec racers coming at your barrier at 100+ that we dont like.

Luke,
Actually, the fastest time that I saw was turned in by a Rotory powered Triumph. He had a 34.3xx. At the time I left, I was still holding second fastest, with a 34.7xx (I coned on my last run - 34.5xx). There were still a couple of cars left that could threaten to get in to that range. I didn't hear the final times for the #5 Honda - he is normally very fast. There were a couple of Alfas and a Corvette that had not gotten their runs in at the time I departed. It will be interesting to see where these fall out.

It was good to see you and Larry there. Hopefully you will come to more local events. Hopefully, also they will offer more open courses so you can stretch your Turbo's legs a little.

That 13B spit fire sounded AWESOME! you were moving incredibly fast out there It was nice to meet you. I had a blast.

I hadn't checked the score board, but I did noticed they botched one of larry's times. ( the 38) That was alittle dissappointing. But I can't think of a better way to spend $12 ! Thanks
