Default 88 924s high idle

Found several vacuum leaks corrected car now starts idles without shaking and runs good. The problem is the ideling around 1200 I've checked and adjusted the Wot switch which is working tried adjusting the idle little bit while bypassing it with the B to C connected. With the B to C connected the idle actually goes up any ideas where to look?

There's a screw on the throttle body that you can use to calibrate the idle with. Perhaps it was adjusted in the past to compensate for the leaks? If you're sure there are no leaks and the throttle body is fully closed at idle, I would just adjust the valve slightly to make it spot on.
