Think i found it. The whole DME is held in by the tubes is there a bracket to hold its weight?

the dme is bolted to a metal bracket in the floor, it should be solid? If your inside the dme, yes little plastic tubes, also there is a release on the top row of pins that connect to the car, you use 2 small flat blades to release it. Same as a 964 dme. It's a huge pain in the *** to get it loose.
