Default turbo (secondary) thermostat - how 'bout the o-ring?

honestly, how hard would it be to include a new o-ring, for the housing, when buying a new turbo/secondary thermostat?? drives me nuts when i'm missing tiny, inexpensive parts for the install of something - at the time of install. not to mention i just placed a small order on saturday for a radiator overflow fitting/nipple, seal and new overflow hose. the hose included in LR's coolant hose kit just seems too short and the stress of trying to fit it on broke the nipple off the radiator.
