Fuse Wont Quit Popping, Why?!

You have a short somewhere. It should be the same circuit as the glove box light, and because of the crapoy way the connectors are exposed, it can rub on the metal mount for the box.
Pull it out and have a look.
Just a reminder (and you did not do this, but others have) never use a larger amp fuse in place of the OEM required fuse if it blows. Something is shorting out somewhere, and if you go too big, you could cause a fire.
Anyway.. check the glove box light.

You are correct in your information and it should be a 15 amp fuse. If you are using that cigarette lighter it will blow a 7.5A fuse pretty quick.
Try putting the correct fuse size and see what happens. There could be a short somewhere but try a 15 amp fuse first.
