I'm heading up Saturday morning in my 912 to view the concours and will be staying overnight to participate in the autocross on Sunday. I heard I rumour that the Sea to Sky is already being torn up, anyone confirm or deny this? I'd hate to drive my 912 up 200km of dirt road!

Travis, do you want to arrange a convoy at your house? I promised to pick up marksportcs if he is willing to come, and I'd be happy to grab Dave from the ferry terminal too depending on when and where he lands. (Tsswassen or H-bay)

If Anyone wants to meet at Travis's house or be picked up along the way, please let us know, we'll amend the list here.

That's a good question. It looks like you won't have to deal with any delays as long as you travel on Saturday but you might want to check this page closer to the date to be sure:

It doesn't say anything about whether or not it's all still paved but it looks like all they're doing so far is blasting. That's good news, anyway (as long as they clear the roads after the blasts).

I'm looking forward to seeing your 912. It looks fabulous in all your pictures.

I think IanM is coming up on Saturday too. Im headed up on Friday afternoon.

As for road conditions, I'm heading up on Tuesday for meetings, and will post a report on road conditions. Usually no road closures on Friday night through to Monday AM.

I can get up to two, 2 bedroom for $55 CDN each - staff rate - and that is unbeatable. Let me know ASAP by posting here or email.

Right now I do not have any reservations, and I need to make them by tuesday at the latest. If no one replys, I will only take a sudio for myself.

If you want to split a 2 bedroom, let me know asap!! It will be cheaper than driving back and forth!!!
