Default question on adjustong standard koni's

well ive adjusted my koni shocks all the way soft and know i got some where clicking action when every i hit a bump or even when i shake the car up and down.could this be the cause of the shocks being to soft?what setting shoul i have my shocks at?thanx in advance.

I've heard that you really shouldn't adjust them to all the way soft. Try bumping them up alittle (1/8 to 1/16 of a turn) and see if the problem goes away.

Also, check the upper strut nut(The big 22mm one in the engine bay). If you don't tighten it enough it can come loose and then the whole strut moves up and down(and makes a clicking noise). If this is the case you really don't want to drive on it until you get them tightened!
