Lars? Is this the famous Lars from the 924.org website that was always stirring up hate and discontent? Just curious.

I could use a stack of these things.
You don't really need to print them, just e-mail the template to members and we could print as many as we need.

If I found something like that on my car, I'd be annoyed, especially since I'm a member already.
People who are likely to join are the more enthusiastic owners. Not all Porsche owners are. Some just like having a car that makes others notice them (rich bastards!).
The likely members will probably search for Porsche forums or ask people at a Porsche event.
I doubt the cards would have a good ROI.

Its good but I would prolly throw it away not knowing what it was really about. It has to say PORSCHE to catch my attension, then I would prolly read it.

OF COURSE it's OK..!! For folks that do print their own - please, please - try for a high quality image on the Rennlist Logo, card and type. As well - if you use an Inkjet printer - please do not place them on other cars during a rain storm.. (heh, heh.... )

Jen spoke to me earlier, and I think that she is going to have some printed as well......

Now - here is an idea.... As folks have a place to put their name/screen name on the back of the card, maybe we have a quarterly award for those that "mentor" new Rennlisters..?? I'm not sure how it would/could work - but, it's an idea..??!!

Best to you!

No, I'd probably have thrown it away as trash, since I wouldn't know what it is. I asked other Porschephiles about a discussion board, and they pointed me here.
I find cards and flyers under my windshield wipers very annoying, and I'm not alone in that.
I also don't think it would have a high success rate.
As part of any pilot program, I suggest they use a different URL (like bc.rennlist.com) with a cookie, and use that to count how many unique users show up and stay. I doubt it'll be a significant number.
