have to find the instruction for testing my injectors...

Interesting... it might be a valve problem as Mark T says. Could you also tell me why the carbon would build up there in that case :-)

Some symptomd do fit. The engine is rough on cold. it gets better as long as the engine is hot the mis does not get back after reving it only comes back after engine cools or if you accelerate on low rpm,s keeping it steady and driving nice highway uphill is just fine. And there is a flat spot around 2100 rpm where the engine is smooth.

You might also get smooth running on engine when just slightly moving the gaspedal back and forth on the road. lifting your foot of the pedal always sets the engine in perfect running again, no extra vibration... no injection...

Out came the, intake minifold, camsaft, cylinder head with all related hoses and stuff. Idle stabilizer motor is cleaned.

Only minor problems so far.

1. one small bolt is cut in the side of cylinder head , the second of those two near upper corner of 1# cyl. there is 1 cm left of it on the top of the block.

2. the idle airtube placing came off from intake manifold.

I think I better learn to drive like porsche should be driven there was some carbon in the cylinders.

The head has to be taken to machine shop tomorrow. I have to resurffase the head, there is rust. How much can i take off and should it be compensated with thicker head gasket?
