no foglights, amp, and cooling fan wont shut off
Yesterday i installed a new fog lamp, hooked it up, worked great, took the car for a spin, and listend to my stereo, with my Fosgate amp. when i get home, the fogs wont work, my amp wont turn on, and whenever i turn the key on to the electrical postion the cooling fans come on, and wont turn off....very confusing!! also, its not the amp, its the car somewhere

Try checking the fuses first for the lights and the amp. For the fans, there is a temperature switch on the side of a radiator that could have failed. When this switch fails, the fans never come on or they come on and stay on until the battery dies. If it isn't the cooling fan switch, it may also be a problem with the air condition circuitry.
