Default more problems, a little help plz

ok.. so now i'm having some starting issues. I went to vegas for two weeks, my car didn't move while i was gone... apon my return i try to start my car and i only get a "click", so after a couple hours of head scratching i found out that the only way to start it was honking the horn, or turning on the lights as I turned the ignition, not the most respectfull way to start, but it got me around for a few days..

then all of a sudden i am back to the same problem, no starting, honking/lights, nothing makes a difference this time i still get the CLICK. it appears that i have full power. No dim lights, horn works fine...

I'm stuck here, it's been almost a week, and today she will get towed to my specialist...

any help would be appreciated

solenoid on your start starter may be bad.

Could be the ignition switch. All of the solenoid current goes through the switch. If the contacts are worn the solenoid will not engage and the starter will not crank the engine.
