Also use your IR gun on the head - that's where the coolant sensor (almost) is.

I have tested system. It holds pressure.
I bled it many times with no air coming out just coolant.
I'm using 50/50 mix.

Scanning the radiator is a good idea but the a/c radiator is in the way.

In regards to the front fans is the left fan (as from the drivers seat) the low fan and the right fan the high or does it matter? Do the fans have the same rpm when on?

Both of mine work, the low is on the left and the high on the right.

Wait I just read that the fans both run when low and when high, but is it possible for just one fan to run when low and both to run when high. This might be what's happening but I'll have to test it out.
