Once you cut the mirror base its dificult that the gasket will still fit.
Personaly i dont like 968 mirrors on 944`s ,on 968`s they look great but on 944`s they don`t fit the shape of the car at all , also they are much too expensive . I paid just 50euro for my corrado mirrors.
