Default Decent supplier

Just got my 27 mm deep offset wrench today to do a timing belt retension.

Nice quality German tool Manufacturer is Elora. Got it through BTR www.btrtools.com

Bit on the exspensive side ($27.00) but try finding a 27 mm deep offset wrench at Sears or Snap on. And when it came I got a load of catalogs showing all sorts of neat tools, and a hat. What the hell, you can't expect more for $27.00

Unfortunately I might have to cut it down to make it thin enough to do the job,

Can you mill Chrom-Vandium?
