oil dip sitck and metal shaving

You said gold dust. Is this the true color; are the metal flakes copper? If this were in the lab, and I was doing forensics, I'd get the flakes under a microscope to see what they looked like, check to see if they are magnetic, etc. To easily look at them, take some and wash them on a filter with a solvent. You can probably use a coffee filter. This might help make them easier to look at even if you just have a magnifying glass.
And, rod/main bearings (the active surface) is a soft metal. I'm not sure of their exact composition today, but it used to be lead. The next layer below the lead was typically copper, and then steel. If you are into the copper you likely have worn bearings. But, if a bearing was this bad, you should have low oil pressure at idle when the oil is hot. As stated above, you may just be seeing the remains of the past rod bearing failure. To be safe, you might want to pull the pan and look at the bearings.

My oil pressure hot is 2.5 bar. They are definitely gold color.
Also this is the second oil change since the new rod bearings went in, so I'm not sure if there would be any remains left by this point. Don't know.
They are not magnetic but they have the size of powder. There is almost no dimension to them.

Went through my records and found that the head was rebuilt about 1000 miles ago as well. Couple the copper be coming from the valve guides?
I've ordered a sample kit from blackstone to see what I'm dealing with.
