I don't think it's really ripping off Clark; it's just his content, fully attributed, available without using his server.

This a great thing for road trips! Thanks very much!

I'm not taking credit for it... I just wanted to make it available without an internet connection. Like I said, I'll remove it asap if I'm crossing any lines that I shouldn't. I'm definitely not making money or anything.

Just wondering, did you clear this with the author before republishing?
I'd think it would be a reasonable thing to do.

No, I'll send an email though. I honestly didn't think much of it, I just repackaged it. I don't want anyone to think that I stole it or am taking credit for what is obviously someone else's hard work.

It's kind of like when you take of screenshot of a website and save it...he even allows you to download PDFs of it, so I didn't think it would be wrong to re-post, but I will contact him nonetheless.

EDIT: I shot him an email and have removed the link. I'll re-attach it if I get his clearance.

I remember that someone was selling all of the docs that were on Clark's page on fleabay. The docs were printed, bound in 3 ring binders and presented as a 944/951 workshop manual. I believe the seller was contacted by Clark and asked to remove the auction, which the seller did.
Not that anybody would be reselling/republishing his work but I would contact Clark.
There are offline web browser software that will download the contents of WWW pages locally. I don't know the full legal implications of using this type of software. Usually browsing WWW pages will temporarily be copied to your computer anyway.
