Default Lowering rear

I'm looking around on clarks garage and here, but cannot find what i'm looking for.

Can you re index the torsion bar with out removing the tube assembly? or do i have to remove the whole thing

You can do it one side at time without dropping the whole thing.

You can do one side at time but it so much easy to do it with both side down..
