Danger,

It cost me $110 for a powdercoating kit (included a pound of powder for free), $20 for an oven from good will, and a couple hours of my time. I think I got the kit from columbia coatings. It was mad easy to do...just make sure you clean everything real well with brakeparts cleaner, then alcohol.
