Default Latest 944 purchase - 89 S2 with pics

Just picked up this 89 944 S2 project Saturday the 7th. No transmission and I believe the oil cooler plate seal is toast as the coolant is in milkshake status. I've got a new seal on the way - curious if that will fix the issue. Also saved the transmission from that 86 turbo parts car. Rough car but I think it might clean up decently. Anyone local have a decent black driver's seat?

How do you guys find these cars? Must be a regional thing. The only ones here are beat NA's or good Turbos/S's that fetch money accordingly.
