Banjo bolt rubber hose to hard piping broke. Now what?

Default Banjo bolt rubber hose to hard piping broke. Now what?

Ok the banjo bolt hose that connects to the hard pipe at the top of the engine at the air box has dry rotted and snapped off. I cannot find just that hose. Is there a DIY fix for this?

Trim metal crimp material on banjo end with cutters renew hose apply hose clamp
