Hard starting after driving
So here's the "quick" summary of what I'm experiencing...
- drive car for say 30 minutes or so.
- turn off car for 10 - 15 minutes.
- try to start car and it's hard. It just keeps on cranking and will eventually start after either holding down the gas pedal or pumping the pedal.
Could it be some sort of flooding that's happening?
Any ideas is appreciated.

Check the usual... DME relay, ref sensors... etc. FWIW my bad DME relay acted this way (giving it gas when cranking helped for some reason, may have just been coincidence).
Otherwise I would start at the ignition switch and work your way down to the starter, which may not be disengaging properly (is that even the proper term? I don't know that much about starters)

Is it trying to start or just cranking...When my DME relay went on me I would have a similar complaint...extended crank always after a drive and it sat for 30min- 1.5h...then one day it just cranked. Traced it to a DME relay that was starting to crack at the solder.

as others said, look for the classic solder crack in the DME relay - no need to buy a new relay, just open up the one you have and inspect it. if cracked, resolder and add a short jumper so the problem doesn't recur.
