I spotted this in the classified section of the local paper yesterday:

Porsche 1985 928S, auto, sunroof, 5L V8, white gold/brown leather, runs good, needs paint and compressor, passed e-check (local emissions test) $4000.00 or best offer. 937-427-1134

The car is in Beavercreek, Ohio ( just southeast of Dayton, Ohio)
I haven't seen the car but I'm planning to go see it Tuesday.
I have no affiliation with the seller, I just thought it may be of interest to someone here.

Pete, I had been faintly entertaining the thought of another shark ( if I ever purged myself of the limo and the price was right). The price is definitely right on this one but wouldn't want an auto tranny. The S2 isn't in jeopardy, is it?

Speaking of sharks, I found one in the local paper about a month ago for $5500. I'm guessing that it was in pretty much the same condition as the one above but this one was a five speed.

Wade-No, the S2 is a done deal. Jeremy has seen this car and he's probably gonna go with me to check it out. What harm can there be in two Porsche guys driving around in someone elses 928?
