Question How do you replace door stop?

I was looking at the door stop/check and it seems the entire door needs to be removed in order to replace it. Is that right? Is there an online procedure?

Thanks.

I don't know of an online proceedure, but yes you do have to pull the door pannel to get to it. There should be two bolts to the body and two to the door. I beleive you get to them in the door jam, but need the pannel off to get it out. Good luck

OH, just reread your post, no, the door stays on, just the interior pannel comes off for access to get the door stop out.
