To measure the studs on the shock tower, the distance from inside front stud to inside front stud is 852mm, or 33.5". Measure to the center of each stud.

I decided to see how well my car could hold up to a curb at 50 mph. Closest I could get to alignment was 2 degrees off an eccentric. It is possible that your strut is tweeked as well, It not always an easy thing to spot such a subtle difference with your eye, especially if its still installed
