Count me in! Good on you.
Thanks Tim, will do!

Pablo: I can interview Matt (he's only a couple hours from me, and I've been wanting to have lunch with him anyway) and do a write up. We'll need to hash out a set of questions.

Thinking about it: I wish I'd thought to take some notes for a piece during Frenzy! ****!
Hi Shawn, Matt and I have been talking about a story regarding his project. I initially was going to write it and submit it to one of the rags then I came to my senses and started this project which would be a much better venue to put it in.

We can do this one together, let's discuss it on Saturday.

Ok gents...I've put together a little teaser of how flüssig will be on the inside and the sort of content it'll have. It's a very preliminary version.

Incidently the title 'ein bisschen' will not be on the magazine itself. This version will come out between the quartely print/digital versions to whet the appetite, so to speak.

I'll be generating a version for the 924/944/968 models this week.

Thoughts?

Looks nice. I recommend getting content for several issues in the bank before launch. Unless you have a way to insure you get content (writers who depend on being paid) it is very hard to get delivery on a deadline or at all.

Thanks Joel, you're right and that's what I'm doing. It's so worth all of the hard work though.

It's going to be a great production. Keep it up and I am happy to contribute more, if my first article is at least half good.

By the way, it's looking great.

Default Great Work a few suggestions...

1) find a woman that works in either fashion, or publishing to add a more creative flair

2) Find a professional free lance photographer

In terms of content I could do a story about a tough decision to part a car or to invest and save it. I blew a head gasket and had the dreaded milkshake. After much debate I decided to repair. It was a difficult decision because I live in NY and don't have a garage so I had to pay for the repairs. I expect to get the car back next week after head gasket, rod bearings, etc

I'll have to find a way to add the original engine bay shot in my worklog.

Then

Now (same engine by the way)

Hmmm...not sure why it has to specifically be a woman, anyone who understands Porsche and it's simplicity in design can bring that flavor into the magazine.

In a world where there's tons of eye-pollution with just about every creative person on the planet trying over-do the other with over-the-top graphics, I vie for simplicity.

Maybe you could elaborate more on creative flair?

As far as photographers, there are lot's of us here who rival the professionals. Think grassroots here.

Thanks for the input!

Tastefully done...

It looks much more different now. I haven't had time to do recent pictures. Will when I'm done with paint. Working on that clutch tutorial, hope to have it for you by tonight.
