The "C" stands for catalytic converter, the 59 is the actual converter model, and the 425 is for "rear wiper" the rest I can't find on the option list and may indicate interior color,or type upholstery. You can down-load your own info list about all options etc from pelicanparts.com if you wish under the waterpumper specs area. Good luck, Jim
