951 exhaust manifold gasket - metal side in or out?

I've done it again, gotten to this point and can't remember the orientation of the exhaust manifold gaskets... I'm thinking the metal side goes out? (toward manifold)

Please respond ASAP!

I did mine with the metal, out... 3.5k and no problems.
