Well, we would need quantitative values to really determine how much air is flowing through your engine.
[*]Turbo, how much boost are you rnning?[*]MAF, what is the size/diameter of the sensor?[*]Injectors, what is the flow-rate of the injectors?[*]Head, how agressive of porting? What size valves? 3/5/contoured valve job?[*]Chips, what kind?[/list=a]With the exact same parts list, we can have two cars with one flowing twice the amount of air as the other, so tuning them will be completely different.

Sounds like it's dyno time

What's a good start point though?

Start high to be safe. Like 50psi with the vacuum disconnected. If it's too rich across the board, lower fuel-pressure. Don't let any part of the air-fuel curve fall leaner than 12.5:1. If you get high-RPM leanness that can't be dialed out, then perhaps the injectors are too small and you need to reduce boost. That's the general procedure.
