Post '86' 951 Leakdown Numbers

On a 944 turbo what is a reasonable leakdown number. The compressions seems about right in my car at 120 lb. It pumps to about 90 lb. on the first stroke. However, I'm getting 35% leakdown on an engine with about 6 hr. after a fresh rebuild.

Thanks

Both my friend and I have 86 951s, each with about 200k and they both have almost exactly 150 across all four cylinders.

Check your compression again. It should be at least 150 psi across all four cylinders if you have the stock head, pistons, and block.

Checked the compression twice, same numbers 120 psi. Based on an 8:1 engine and atmosphere at 14.7 the 120 number sounded about right. I will be able to check another 86 turbo which I just picked up. I'll psot those numbers later in the week when I get a chance to pump it.
Thanks
