Default WideBand install, were to run cable?

Just wondering the best way to run a cable with a large connector on the
end into the car? I see a large grommet on the pass side behind the battery, seems to run into the heater core (??) though..

There's also one next to the fuse box on the firewall... Anywere else to
look??

Thanks in advance Steve

I went right throught the shifter hole with mine. I slit the rubber sound deadening boot at the base and just installed the boot around the wiring.

Never would have thought of that, thanks! Just so happens I'm in the
middle of a clutch job on it, makes it real easy..

While on the subject, how do you all feel about gutting the cat. Is there
a noticable power differance w/o it on a 16 valve?

I ran mine up to the battery box. I think I opened up one of the existing holes there so it could fit. All of the holes up there come in behind the dash. I have heard that the internal shifter boots keeps a lot of exhaust fumes out of the cabin so I did not want to split mine.
