Post electronic boost controller for 951

Im not in the market just yet, but am getting closer and was wondering if there is any real world difference between the ApexI AVCR and the HKS EVC4 when used on a 951 around 15-17psi. Or any others?
This will be used in conjuction with a Lindsey Dual Port wastegate. Obviously everyone has their favorite, but I was wondering pros/cons of each, such as readings, ease of setup, ease of install, price..etc....
Any about how long does one take to install and set up?
TIA!!

I know of two people with the Apexi unit and both say it's difficult to get set right. One was in a 944 turbo and the other was in an RX7 twin sequential turbo. Apparently on the twin turbo the Apexi got confused when the second turbo came on. On the 944 turbo the guy just said it took a lot of fooling around to get it programmed - and this guy was a computer programmer to begin with. I am thinking of getting the EVC IV for my RX7 race car because I have heard only good things about it. Anyone have experiences to share?

Greddy Profec A - excellent fuzzy logic controller. Full boost at 3000 rpm with much bigger turbo.
