Post S2 Cab rear seat removal & 968 Cab rear deck swap

I want to remove my rear seat bottoms and put a 968 Cabriolet's rear package tray/deck in the seat bottom's place. Have any of you S2 Cabriolet owners out there done this conversion? I have seen it done the other way, 944 Cab rear seats into a 968 Cab, but not the conversion I want.
For those 944 owners that have removed your rear seats: how are they held in place? Are they bolted, just a pressure fit, or are they glued. I get the impression that they are glued like they are in the older 911's.

I have a 968 rear deck lined up to trade for my rear seats. I just need some info.

Regards,

Max

MadMAx - if you find another "trade" like that, let me know - I've been wanting to do that for years!

Thanks.

Git my parcel shelf today. Been fighting the rear seat for 4 hours. How the hell do you get these out without destroying them. I have removed the seat belts.

Thanks
