Post SFR 3" turbo to downpipe section...

Tim - does this mount to stock turbos? Does it have a provision for mounting to the block like the stock piece? If not, why not?

Are you selling a 3" package yet?

Are there any downsides to using 3" on stock motors/turbos? (street/track use)

Do you HAVE to get a 4" tip with your product?

ALSO - do you not forsee heat being a problem? (seeing as the factory pipe is double-walled to prevent heat soak to other components (intake).

The downpipe mounts to stock turbos but to be honest, there would probably be little gain installing one on a stock turbo.

It doesnt come wth the provision for mounting to the block because once you upgrade your turbo you dont use a bolt from the downpipe to block anyways.

We are not to concerned with heat because you can use header wrap or have it jet-hot coated by us.

We are selling a full 3" system from the turbo to the muffler now.

You dont have to get a 4" tip.We also have 3.5" and 3". In my opinion these smaller tips look a little to small on the back of these cars.Actually I really, really, like our new 6" dual muffler tip! Just kidding. We are not ricers.LOL

haha. one for exhaust, one for storage...

anyhoo, I am asking because when I buy exhaust, I'd rather not buy twice.
So you could upgrade piece by piece to a full 3" system, from bumper forward over time, correct? - Or are there any combinations that must be purchased together?

what is the additional for Jet-Hot coating (best solution in my mind...)?

Before we came out with the 3" downpipe, all of the existing 3" testpipes on the market actually reduced down to 2.5" at the stock downpipe flange. We are still selling this style of testpipe for customers who never want to buy the new 3" downpipe. If you want to use the 3" downpipe, you need to buy the true 3" testpipe. The cat-back and all the other options(side discharge pipes, cat and muffler replacement pipes,etc....) will bolt to either testpipe we carry.Jet-hot coating is $100 at this time.
