do I have 3 a/c ports ??
Just resealed the compressor and converted my 1987 924S to use R134 refrigerant. I put the port adapters on the valves at the compressor and at the dryer. While looking to see if I had missed any o-rings I found another valve by the fire wall. It is 5" from firewall on the line going to the compressor. Can /should I be using this one ? Would be a lot easier than working at the compressor.

I do not know what compressor you are using in the '87 924S- OEM is the Nippondenso 10P15E.
The port in the picture is the LOW port.
The high port is by the head lamp, drivers side LHD.
If you have not charged up the car AC, replace the port Schroeder valve (s)

Still has the 10P15E, But the manifold on it has, what is supposed to be, the Low side port. I put Griffiths conversion on. Nothing anywhere says anything about a valve on firewall unless someone used a hose from another year. I may try to use this one as it is a LOT easier to get at.
