Post Positive cable on negative Terminal!!

my friend has a honda accord and he was changing the battery. He accidentally connected the positive cable to the negative terminal. (the other side wasnt connected). He said it sparked. So he put it on correctly but now theres no power in the car at all...

It will not arc (spark) if only 1 side of the battery is hooked up, but check for a fusible link, or master fuse.

Yup, it's the fusible link. Usually located in a very noticeable spot right on top. Good luck.
