Painted wheel caps...
This subject has come up several times - and many have endeavored to paint their own. However if you don't have that steady a hand or just want it someone else to do it for you then send them to Melissa at http://centercaps.mmwebstudio.com/
She did a superb job and door to door was just 1 week (Ca->Tx->Ca), reasonable too $49 for the set incl. mailing.

She did mine last week and I am very impressed. They turned out great!
I also had a fast turnaround AL-TX-AL. Note that I recommend using Priority Mail - the return via Priority Mail was faster than sending the caps by UPS. (Although with UPS ground, at least you can track the package.)
Melissa was very responsive to email. She can customize the caps however you like.
My caps are actually the ones depicted on the bottom of her "before & after" photo webpage. Mine were previously painted gold, but Melissa gave them the full color treatment. Very nice exterior upgrade.
