Post Best replacement cold air intake--85.5 944

Somebody mentioned the MSDS Clean Air Act intake--seems good for $110, considering a K&N is already $43 and I seem to be missing a little gromet thing that goes around the end of my stock intake to seal it to the wheel well and isolate the air from the engine compartment (should there be one? looks like it from the grooves etc.--dealer item $$$???). Does anyone run one of the MSDS? Results? Other options?

Hi,

I'd like to know just what goes on the end of the airbox' intake tube too. Mine is missing, if there's something even supposed to be there. When I got the car, the end of the tube was torn. I did a bit of plastic welding and patched it up, but I believe I'm still missing a few items. Any input very welcome.

thanks
