Hello all just a quick question about how much my car is worth. I'm still not sure I want to sell yet but I'm curious what a fair price would be. I bought my car around4 years ago bone stock with a bad clutch. Since it has undergone a transformation from a tired old 944 to a strong driver. Started with a bone stock 87 944 I added 951 front fenders, bumper, fiberglass vented center valence, 951 headlight covers and hood and the 951 diffuser on the rear. It has an engine from a 90 s2 with 130, 000 miles...cam chain pads just changed and I have the timing belts but haven't got them on yet. It has a custom cold air intake. It has a magnaflow muffler and new exhaust last year. Just recently I put on a new rear hatch seal,new inner shift boot, a new suede shift boot, and slapped on ground control coil over sleeves it is lowered quite a bit, I also slapped on a 951 front sway bar and bought the mo30 adjustable bar out back . I just installed clubsport wheels from a turbo s about 3months ago and it has a powder coated full roll bar installed as well. I installed a molded dash cover and installed seats from a 90 s2 interior is in decent shape. The car was painted gaurds red about 1year ago and turned out decent for a cheap job. It is a ten footer but wet sand and buff would make it look great. The bad news is the car is salvage title because the po hit a deer and dented the passenger fender, hood and peeled the headlight back. Also tge odo stoped working a few months back and tge passenger window is dead.Sorry for the novel just curious what would be a fair price?

Also forgot to add the car has 951 brakes with zimmerman rotors.

I'm much more generous - I'd say $3k. May be a little less because of the salvage title.

I can promise it won't sell for that lol.I was thinking around 4, 000 to 4, 500 I will keep it for that. The reason I'm even considering selling is for working on my 2012 mazdaspeed3. I love my 944 and it has been quite the journey. I've spent a ton of money on it but the boost is so addicting in the speed3.

Neat sounding car, problem is its a frankencar that needs paint. That hurts your resale a bit. I say that as a guy that wants to frankencar his 944S.

It's hard to know what its really worth because of that, put it up for what you want and try to sell it. Otherwise there is no answer to your question. It's 3 different models of the 944 mixed into one.

If you're trying to sell it and get more than what people are quoting you, I would consider parting it out.
