Any chance a Bosch 1012 is available from somewhere mere mortals can buy from?
Hi, I have a issue in rpm the car is 911 1984 motronic dme, I have hesitation to 3000 rpm, I did test a fuel pump press and volume is ok clean and test in bench injectors new o2 sensor 3 wires new temperature sensor cilinder the vaf is ok sensor temperatur air is ok, new spark plug, I have issues in ICV valve I repair it with news darlington transistor in DME now the idle is perfect I open the Dme for see the 1012 transistor (driver coil)
I unsolder it for test without it conect to the board why it have value very strange but when I test with it unsolder also have the same value it or is damaged or no is darlington transistor from up to down have it next value

Positive lead in the pin up and negative in the midle pin have 442 ohms, (c)
positive lead in the pin up and negative in the down pin have 475 ohms, (e)

from here appear all is ok and is a NPN darlington but if put

positive lead in down pin and negative lead in up pin have 1606 ohms
positive lead in down pin and negative lead in midle pin have 376 ohms

me question is sure that is NPN darlington Transistor if it is it 1012 transistor have some some wrong

here video of me issue
